With a family history of over 40 years in real estate (land acquisition and new home construction) with over 15 years of personal experience Michael has closed more than 1500 transactions estimating over 900 million in sales. More than just a broker, from residential resale to new design/build & construction Michael has been hired by one of the most reputable GTA home builders to head multiple projects in cities though out the Greater Toronto Area. The threshold level required to attain the Director’s Platinum Award is the top five percent of each residential market’s sales representatives’ earnings. Earnings are defined as gross closed and collected commissions in the preceding year.

CHAIRMAN'S CIRCLE PLATINUM AWARD

Chairman’s Circle Platinum is awarded to Individual Sales Professionals or Sales Professional Teams that have achieved a minimum of $500,000 Total GCI or 100 Residential Units. As a Chairman’s Circle – Platinum award winner you are in the top 1% of Sales Professionals/Teams.
